You should be putting it on every day, especially your face, if you want the most effective protection against aging and other damage from the sun. But so many sunscreens can feel thick, gloopy, and leave a white cast on your skin. They’re oily, uncomfortable, and don’t work well under makeup. That’s why we’re so excited about this one. The CabanaClear Water Gel Serum is just $25 and it may be…

Ed Pinckney went hungry that night. He wanted BBQ on Beale Street with the rest of the Bulls coaching staff after landing in Memphis, but the call from Tom Thibodeau halted plans. “I see you handed me your report and there’s a play you didn’t put in there,” Thibodeau told the assistant. “You got to go back and put this play in.” “Needless to say,” Pinckney said, “I didn’t go to Beale Street.” Pinckney knew what to expect from Thibodeau. He appreciated it back then, and even more so today, about a decade later. The play in question seemed innocuous…

A majority of elite, world-class female athletes prefer sports to be categorized by their competitor’s biological sex rather than their gender identity, a new study shows. The report, published in the Journal of Sports Sciences on April 16, polled 175 “national, elite and world-class athletes eligible to compete in the female category regarding transgender inclusion and eligibility.” “Most athletes favored biological sex categorization (58%) and considered it unfair for trans women to compete in the female category, except for precision sports,” the research said. The study categorized sports into three categories: precision sports, such as archery, sports ‘heavily reliant on physical…

Ryan Reynolds is using Michael J. Fox’s work to teach some major life lessons to his eldest daughter, James. “Last year I watched Back to the Future with my [then] 8-year-old daughter. It’s become her favorite film,” Reynolds, 47, wrote in a Wednesday, April 17, tribute to Fox, 62, for TIME 100’s Most Influential People of 2024 list. “And for now, that’s enough for me — and her. One more kid from one more generation sees what I saw.” Reynolds said while James has “no idea” her dad’s friend is the man who played Marty McFly, he is actually “pretty damn well”…

Jacob Trouba added a second nomination for the King Clancy Memorial Trophy to his Rangers captain legacy on Wednesday. The Rangers once again selected Trouba to be considered for the NHL’s humanitarian award, which is named in honor of Hall of Famer Francis M. “King” Clancy and presented to the player who “best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution to his community.” For the first time, former winners of the award — as well as the NHL Foundation Player Award — will vote on this year’s winner along with a select…

Although much of TTPD, which hits shelves on Friday, April 19, is highly anticipated to revolve around her split from Joe Alwyn, a few of the record’s song titles hint that the pop star will also give listeners a glimpse into her romance with Healy, whom she briefly dated in the spring of last year. If Tortured Poets retells Swift’s story in chronological order of her life’s events, it’s possible the opening track, “Fortnite,” through tracks five and six — “So Long, London” and “But Daddy, I Love Him” —  will center on Alwyn, 32. (The actor is British, after…

Time after time, trip after trip, he would tug at his shorts. He would sigh. He’d stretch out his leg. He’d double over at the waist. Time after time, trip after trip, Joel Embiid looked like was about to call 911, call for an EMT to tend to what seemed to be a million multiple miseries. And time after time, trip after trip, Embiid did something to drag the Philadelphia 76ers closer to the main draw of the NBA playoffs, closer to a date Saturday night at Madison Square Garden. He’d drive, and he’d finish. He’d find an open teammate.…
