The Ogarkov Readings

The Ogarkov Readings conference is dedicated to the memory of Marshal of the Soviet Union Nikolay Ogarkov – the brightest Russian military thinker of the second half of the 20th century who anticipated the Revolution in Military Affairs.

The Conference is held on a yearly basis since 2018. Participants discuss the development of military technologies and their impact on modern conflicts. Special attention is paid to defense industry and its role in strengthening the country's sovereignty. The event is be attended by prominent members of the armed forces and defense industry.
